A Continental Renaissance carved oak bookcase from third quarter of 19th century. Surfaced with original variegated marble top resting above a hand-hewn finial, drop mounted lion mask frieze, over a curved arched rosette carved interior rim, centered over two scalloped edge bookshelves. The shelves are flanked by ornate carved figural mounted stiles, grounded with claw feet, all above a blocked molded plinth base, rising on bracket feet.
